What sets Fit Founder apart?

We operate using the 80/20 rule. We start by asking ourselves what are the 20% of inputs you can apply to your fitness, nutrition, and sleep that will give you 80% of the results you're looking for.

From there we can build a custom program that we know will get you results, and since it's designed to be easy you'll actually stick to it long-term. I've seen it 100s of times, someone radically changes their life to then give it all up in a few days or weeks.

On top of that the principle goes further, that same philosophy applies to other habits like eating junk food or your favourite foods that other programs won't allow you to have... so you ultimately quit. We're not interested in putting you in a prison, 20% of the time do what ever the hell you want (go eat that fried chicken).

The biggest difference between people that are successful and those that are not is consistency. So we need to build a program that actually feels effortless for you, and this is exactly how it's achieved.

Why are you offering 6 weeks for free?

We want to prove to you, through action, that we can get you results. So many of our competitors make bold claims but then can't get their clients results.

Do I need to prepare for my consult?

Nope, just show up on time and we'll do the rest.

Will I actually lose 10 Ibs?

The short answer is yes.

Of course, results will vary from person to person, but given what we've seen from average results you will see similar results or we'll continue working with for free you until you do.

What if I want to build muscle instead?

We'll be doing that alongside losing fat! You're existing fat is going to change over to new lean muscle. Of course, if your goal isn't to lose fat at all then we can just focus on building muscle, but we can talk more about that on our consult call.

How does the program work?

Over 6 weeks we'll progressively give you a new habit every week to apply to your busy life. Each week you'll meet with your coach to review the new habit and you'll schedule time in your calendar to get it done.

Since we believe in the philosophy of "what gets measured gets managed", as you complete the habits you'll be tracking them off in your custom tracker. If your coach sees that you haven't shown up for your scheduled meeting with yourself to complete your new habit we'll be in touch to get you back on track.

We purposely make each new week's habit easy to complete so you can build up some positive momentum. So often we find that clients try to radically change their lives all at once just to quit after only a few days or weeks. Rather this approach ensures that we're slowly changing your baseline and creating one that feels like your new normal.
